Job title – Associate Financial Analyst FC&A

Location – Bangkok, Thailand

The Associate Financial Analyst FC&A is a hands-on finance role supporting day-to-day financial operations, reporting, reconciliations and documentation. The role ensures data accuracy, process compliance and effective financial controls while supporting continuous improvement of finance processes.

Your key responsibilities

• Support month-end and year-end closing activities relating to AR and AP accounts, including accruals, provisions, and balance sheet reconciliations
• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, yearly OPEX report, including assist in variance analysis of actual result
• Collaborate closely with Financial Shared Services, FP&A, Business Units, and Center of Expertise (like tax and treasury) to ensure alignment and integration of financial activities across the company
• Work with FSS, PSS and RFC to ensure services are delivered up to standard, including responsible for solving issues escalated by FSS/PSS/Others regarding reconciliation GL and all sub ledgers (incl. clearing issues)
• Oversee and monitor Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) activities to ensure transactions are accurately recorded, processed, and reconciled in a timely manner
• Review AR aging reports and support collection activities to ensure healthy cash flow and minimize overdue receivables, including preparing monthly estimate cash flow

You bring

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in Accounting and Finance
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good understanding of financial statements and Accounting principles.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) and reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau) is an advantage
