About this role
Job Responsibilities
- Daily cooperation with Sales Managers and customers;
- Coordination of orders, deliveries, and new projects;
- Monitoring and control of warehouse inventory levels;
- Administration of customer contracts;
- Coordination and resolution of customer complaints, claims, and requests;
- Data entry and maintenance in the company's information systems.
Candidate Requirements
- Higher education;
- Good command of English, both spoken and written (knowledge of Russian will be considered an advantage);
- Excellent communication, planning, and organizational skills;
- Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks simultaneously and set priorities;
- High level of accuracy, sense of responsibility, and customer service orientation.
