Our section specialises in the conformity assessment of pressure equipment, applying international directives such as PED and IMDG alongside DNV’s own rules and standards.
Our work involves technical review of design documentation, inspection follow-up, and issuing conformity assessments for equipment used in maritime, offshore, and industrial applications.
As a summer student, you’ll gain hands-on experience with regulatory frameworks, participate in technical evaluations, and support the certification process that ensures safety and compliance across global projects.
You will actively generate revenue for DNV, executing deliverables to customers, with the potential of utilising your built experience beyond your summer student period.

Qualifications
Who are we looking for?
We are primarily seeking 3rd and 4th year students with relevant Master Program specialization in:
- Naval Architechture
- Mechanical Engineering
- Computer Science / Information Science / Artificial Intelligence
- Cybernetics / Robotics
- Physics /Mathematics
Personal qualities:
