We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Video Editor to join our dynamic team at Solvl Consulting. As a Video Editor, you will play a pivotal role in transforming compelling narratives into visually engaging content that strengthens our brand presence and client impact. This role is ideal for a fresher with a strong foundation in video production and a creative flair for storytelling. You will collaborate closely with marketing, creative, and consulting teams to produce high-quality videos for client presentations, social media, internal communications, and thought leadership campaigns. Your work will directly contribute to enhancing our digital engagement and reinforcing our position as a forward-thinking consulting firm. Responsibilities:
  • Edit and produce high-quality video content for client deliverables, marketing campaigns, and internal use.
  • Collaborate with content creators, designers, and consultants to develop visually compelling narratives.
  • Manage video projects from concept to completion, including scripting, footage selection, editing, color grading, and audio mixing.
  • Ensure all videos align with brand guidelines, tone, and messaging across platforms.
  • Optimize video formats and resolutions for various distribution channels (YouTube, LinkedIn, websites, social media).
  • Maintain organized digital asset management systems for all video files and project backups.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, editing tools, and emerging video formats to continuously improve content quality.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and provide creative input for new video concepts and formats.

Requirements

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media Production, Communication, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and DaVinci Resolve.
  • Strong understanding of visual storytelling, pacing, color theory, and audio synchronization.
  • Portfolio showcasing 3–5 completed video projects (including client or personal work).
  • Basic knowledge of motion graphics and animation is a plus.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills with the ability to receive and incorporate feedback.
  • Familiarity with video compression, file formats, and online publishing platforms.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to evolving tools, techniques, and client needs.
