Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing and executing engaging social media content calendars tailored to healthcare topics and audience interests.
  • Monitor social media channels to track engagement metrics, respond to community inquiries, and manage online discussions regarding health initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to research trending health topics and translate complex medical information into accessible, compelling digital content.
  • Support the creation of visual assets, such as graphics and short-form videos, that align with the organization's brand identity and compliance standards.
  • Help analyze campaign performance data to provide insights on audience growth, reach, and interaction rates for future strategy refinement.
  • Stay updated on the latest social media trends and platform algorithm changes to ensure our digital presence remains current and effective.


Requirements

Requirements:
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Health Sciences, or a related field.
  • No prior professional work experience is required; however, a strong passion for digital media and the healthcare industry is essential.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an ability to convey information clearly and professionally.
  • Basic understanding of major social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Facebook) and their unique audience dynamics.
  • Strong research skills and the ability to verify health-related information from credible sources.
  • Creative mindset with an aptitude for storytelling and visual content creation.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment while meeting deadlines.
