eYantra Ventures Limited seeks a dynamic Performance Marketing Executive to lead the strategy, implementation, and refinement of digital advertising initiatives. This pivotal role focuses on generating high-quality leads, expanding customer bases, increasing web traffic, and driving revenue through data-driven campaign management. The successful candidate will leverage expertise in digital ad ecosystems and analytics to optimize spend and maximize return on investment across various channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, launch, and refine paid marketing campaigns utilizing platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Oversee initiatives aimed at lead generation, conversion enhancement, customer acquisition, and overall ROI improvement.
- Perform comprehensive keyword research, audience segmentation, competitive analysis, and strategic planning.
- Build campaign frameworks, craft compelling ad copy, define audience targets, allocate budgets, and adjust bidding tactics.
- Track and evaluate critical performance indicators including Cost Per Lead (CPL), Cost Per Acquisition (CPA), Click-Through Rate (CTR), Cost Per Click (CPC), conversion rates, Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), and ROI.
- Implement continuous optimization strategies based on data insights to elevate lead quality and lower acquisition expenses.
- Collaborate with creative and content departments to produce effective ad visuals, landing pages, and promotional materials.
- Configure and oversee conversion tracking mechanisms, pixels, UTM parameters, and attribution models.
- Utilize tools like Google Analytics/GA4 and advertising managers to assess campaign efficacy.
- Generate detailed performance reports and deliver strategic recommendations to leadership.
- Execute A/B testing on creatives, copy, landing pages, and audience segments to determine best-performing strategies.
- Keep abreast of competitor movements, industry shifts, and new marketing avenues.
- Administer marketing budgets to ensure financial targets are met without overspending.
- Partner with the sales department to align on lead quality and enhance the marketing-to-sales conversion funnel.
- Facilitate remarketing efforts and broader customer acquisition programs.
Required Skills
- Possess 1–2 years of practical experience in performance or digital marketing roles.
- Demonstrate proficiency with Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms.
- Show a clear grasp of strategies for lead generation and conversion-centric campaigns.
- Maintain strong competency in Google Analytics/GA4 and campaign tracking setups.
- Exhibit a solid command of digital marketing metrics including CPL, CPA, CTR, CPC, ROAS, ROI, and conversion rates.
- Understand foundational concepts of SEO, landing page optimization, remarketing, and conversion rate optimization.
- Display robust analytical abilities and the capacity to interpret complex data sets.
- Be proficient in MS Excel and Google Sheets for data management.
- Make decisions grounded in data analysis and campaign performance.
- Communicate effectively and coordinate seamlessly with cross-functional teams.
- Maintain a high level of attention to detail and demonstrate eagerness to master emerging marketing technologies.
Preferred Qualifications
- Hold a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related discipline.
- Possess certifications from Google Ads or Meta, which would be advantageous.
- Previous experience in B2B, e-commerce, corporate gifting, or lead-generation sectors is highly desirable.
