Summary

As a Junior Digital Marketing Executive, you will play a key role in supporting the planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, paid advertising, and SEO. This entry-level position is designed for recent graduates or early-career professionals eager to build a strong foundation in digital marketing. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams, leverage industry tools, and contribute to high-impact campaigns that drive brand visibility and engagement. This role provides a clear path for professional growth, mentorship, and exposure to real-world marketing challenges.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the planning and execution of multi-channel digital marketing campaigns (social media, email, paid ads).
  • Collaborate with content and design teams to create compelling, on-brand content for blogs, social media, and newsletters.
  • Manage daily social media activities across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter—including content posting, community engagement, and performance tracking.
  • Support SEO initiatives through keyword research and on-page optimization tasks.
  • Help design, segment, and deploy email marketing campaigns, including A/B testing and performance analysis.
  • Collect, analyze, and report on campaign metrics to identify trends and recommend improvements.
  • Conduct market and competitor research to inform strategy and stay ahead of digital trends.
  • Maintain organized workflows and timelines using digital tools and collaborate effectively with internal teams.


Requirements

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or a related field (preferred).
  • Entry-level experience; internships, academic projects, or personal digital marketing initiatives are a plus.
  • Google Certification (any two from: Search, Shopping, Video, Display, or Measurement).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with social media platforms: Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn.
  • Experience using content scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Later).
  • Understanding of social media marketing, SEO fundamentals, Meta Ads, and Google Ads.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with strong organizational skills.
