About this role
We are looking for a Data Analyst with 1–2 years of relevant experience in Data Analytics. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills and hands-on experience with ETL processes, Power BI, and AI tools/technologies.
Key Responsibilities
Collect, clean, transform, and analyze data from multiple sources.
Handle ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes and ensure data accuracy and consistency.
Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and visualizations.
Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and actionable business insights.
Leverage AI tools and technologies to enhance data analysis, reporting, automation, and decision-making.
Identify opportunities to automate and improve existing data and reporting processes.
Work with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and provide data-driven solutions.
Prepare and present analytical reports and insights to management.
Ensure data quality, accuracy, and timely reporting.
Requirements
1–2 years of relevant experience in Data Analytics.
Strong hands-on experience with Power BI.
Good understanding and practical experience of ETL processes.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Hands-on experience using AI tools/technologies for data analysis, automation, or reporting.
Strong knowledge of MS Excel and data handling.
Good understanding of SQL.
Ability to convert complex data into clear and actionable business insights.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Qualification
Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
Relevant experience in Data Analytics is mandatory.
Preferred Candidate
A candidate who is analytical, data-driven, tech-savvy, and comfortable working with AI, Power BI, ETL, and large datasets.
Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and timely availability.
Work with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.
Identify opportunities to improve reporting and data analysis processes.
Present data-driven insights to support business decision-making.
