Dental Dreams is actively recruiting dentists for our Minnesota Avenue practice in Washington, DC.
DC remains one of our most popular and highly requested markets, and this is an excellent opportunity to join an established practice with strong patient flow, an experienced clinical team, and significant earning potential.

Our dentists have the opportunity to perform a broad range of comprehensive general dentistry while maintaining complete autonomy over treatment planning.
COMPENSATION
Permanent daily minimum guarantee
Up to $50,000 Sign-On Bonus for select opportunities
Average full-time compensation: $300,000–$350,000+
No production cap
Strong patient flow and earning potential
CLINICAL PRACTICE
Complete autonomy over treatment planning
Approximately 12–15 patients per day
Established patient base
Fully digital and paperless office
Modern equipment and dedicated clinical support
Opportunity to perform a wide range of procedures based on your clinical skill set
Discretion over preferred dental supplies and instruments
Mentorship from experienced clinicians
