- Coordinate with structural designers and site teams to ensure the model reflects approved design intent and practical construction requirements.
Structural Drawings & Documentation

- Review design drawings, consultant comments, RFIs, and coordination inputs, then reflect approved updates in the structural model and drawings.
- Support submission tracking by updating drawing status, revision records, consultant comment responses, and model/drawing issue logs.
BIM Coordination & Clash Resolution:
- Coordinate structural models with architectural, MEP, infrastructure, and construction teams to identify and resolve clashes and interface issues.
- Support clash detection workflows by preparing models for Navisworks or equivalent coordination platforms, reviewing clash reports, and closing assigned issues.
- Prepare clear technical markups and coordination notes for unresolved structural conflicts, missing information, or design discrepancies.
BIM Standards & Quality Control:
- Ensure model accuracy, naming conventions, worksets, levels, grids, views, sheets, parameters, and families comply with the project BIM Execution Plan and company standards.
- Maintain model health by auditing warnings, duplicate elements, constraints, links, file size, view templates, and worksharing practices.
