  • Coordinate office supplies, equipment, parking, cleaning services, and other vendors.
  • Organize office events, Happy Hours, celebrations, and employee gifts.
  • Own the NY office experience end-to-end — understand the energy and day-to-day needs of the office and its employees, proactively identify what can be improved, and take action. This includes continuously assessing the space, furniture, seating, supplies, and overall setup, and making changes that create a functional, welcoming, and well-run office.
  • Proactively identify office needs and help create a positive and welcoming work environment.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in Hebrew and English.
  • Previous bookkeeping experience and strong attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of Israeli bookkeeping practices and tax regulations.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
  • Approachable, service-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently.
  • High level of discretion and reliability.
  • Proficiency in Excel and comfort working with AI tools and other digital platforms.
  • Experience with QuickBooks – an advantage.
  • Familiarity with U.S. bookkeeping and accounting practices – an advantage.

You’ll have plenty of independence, real ownership, and room to shape the role, make an impact, and bring your own ideas to the table.
