Role Overview
We are looking for a skilled Field Technician to support and maintain our product in our customer's base.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle service calls and troubleshoot malfunctions in the field
- Perform installations and assembly of smart shopping carts and electronic equipment
- Carry out routine maintenance and functionality checks
- Support warehouse and logistics operations on days without service calls or installations
Requirements
- Technical background in electronics – a must
- Ability to perform physical, demanding work
- High sense of responsibility, orderliness, and service orientation
- Ability to work independently
- Valid driver's license – a must
Work Schedule
- Work week: Sunday–Thursday
- Friday work is on an as-needed basis only, in response to service calls
