- Provide Virtual, One-On-One Mental Health Coaching Sessions (30 Minutes Each)
- Deliver Short-Term, Solution-Focused Coaching Using Evidence-Based Coaching Principles
- Develop Individualized Coaching Plans that Support Participants in Achieving Measurable Goals
- Assist Participants with Concerns Such as:
- Stress Management
- Emotional Wellness
- Resilience
- Work-Life Balance
- Mindfulness
- Sleep Health
- Personal Growth
- Relationship And Communication Skills
- Recognize when Coaching is no Longer Clinically Appropriate and Facilitate Referrals to Counseling, Therapy, or Other Behavioral Health Services
- Document Coaching Sessions Accurately and Promptly within CuraLinc's Electronic Documentation Platform
- Maintain Participant Confidentiality and Comply with HIPAA, Ethical Standards, and CuraLinc Policies
- Participate in Orientation, Quality Initiatives, and Periodic Training as Requested
- Master's Degree in a Mental Health Discipline (e.g. - Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy)
- Current certification Through a Recognized Coaching Organization (e.g., International Coaching Federation (ICF), National Board for Health & Wellness Coaching (NBHWC), or equivalent)
- Experience Providing Mental Health Coaching Via Virtual (Video) Platforms
- Familiarity and Comfort with Technology to Train and Work Remotely (e.g. - Microsoft Office Suite, Contact Management Systems, Web-Based Software, Soft Phone)
- Experience Supporting Workplace Mental Health and Well-Being
- Training in Motivational Interviewing, Positive Psychology, Solution-Focused Coaching, or Related Evidence-Based Coaching Methodologies, Preferred
- Strong Communication and Engagement Skills
- EAP Experience Preferred
- Ability To Provide Services as an Independent Contractor (1099)
- Reliable High-Speed Internet Connection and Private, HIPAA-Appropriate Workspace Computer with Webcam and Audio Capabilities
- Ability to Maintain Participant Confidentiality and Meet Documentation Standards
- Availability to Accept Coaching Referrals Based on Mutually Agreed Scheduling
- Must Maintain Professional Liability (Errors & Omissions) Insurance, Coaching Liability Insurance, or Equivalent Professional Coverage Meeting CuraLinc's Minimum Requirements
