Job Summary:

Provides operational support ensuring the effectiveness, efficiency, accuracy, and availability of IT resources for end users under moderate supervision. Must work collaboratively with others.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Performs IT production support for assigned area(s) according to documented processes. Diagnose and problem solve issues with IT hardware or software components with direction. May require ability to install, configure, or disposition IT hardware and/or application issues. Troubleshoots assigned issues per department standards and escalates if unable to resolve. Uses Incident Management system to manage reported issues or requests submitted by end users and log any actions or support provided. Provides one-on-one training for less experienced associates on IT support processes and tools. Assists with additional IT responsibilities as assigned. Is familiar with SLA / Operational Level Agreements between other IT Services Provided.

Incident and Problem Management - Responds to disruptions and recurring issues by restoring service quickly, identifying root causes, and applying structured methods to reduce risk, improve reliability, and prevent recurrence.
Standardization and Documentation - Creates and maintains clear, accessible documentation and standardized procedures to ensure consistent practices, traceability, and knowledge sharing across IT environments. 
Reporting and Analytics - Uses data and reporting tools to monitor, analyze, and improve IT operational performance, enabling proactive decision-making, compliance, and service excellence across enterprise and local environments.
Demonstrating Domain Mastery  - Maintains essential knowledge and proficiency in relevant domains, tools, technologies, methodologies, or frameworks through targeted credentials and rigorous proficiency, future-proofing organizational skills against strategic needs.

Education, Licenses, Certifications: High school diploma, certificate of completion of secondary education, or equivalent experience (to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations) required. Relevant industry training, certification or equivalent experience preferred. This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.


Experience: Requires some work experience or intermediate level knowledge obtained through education, training or on-the-job experience.  

Qualifications

Job Responsibilities:

Provide L1 support for DELMIA Apriso, SCADA, Ignition, Packship applications.

Troubleshoot production-critical application, SQL, network and shop-floor device issues.

Support printers, Zebra scanners, HHTs and production workstations.

Monitor and troubleshoot Oracle ERP–MES–SCADA interfaces

Support application testing, deployments, incident analysis and documentation.

Coordinate with Production, Engineering, Automation and IT teams to minimize production downtime.

Support Industry 4.0, traceability and manufacturing digitalization initiatives.

Technical Skills Required:

  • Basic SQL & database knowledge
  • Windows OS & hardware troubleshooting
  • Networking fundamentals – TCP/IP, IP, LAN/Wi-Fi
  • Strong troubleshooting & analytical skills
  • Good communication and documentation skills
  • Willingness to support manufacturing/shop-floor operations
  • Basic MES / SCADA concepts
  • Oracle ERP fundamentals
