Job Summary: | The Research Services Professional will provide direct scientific and research support to the Neuromodulation Chair and Neuromodulation Research within the Department of Psychiatry at the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus. The program conducts innovative clinical and translational research using noninvasive neuromodulation and neuroimaging approaches, including transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS), functional and structural magnetic resonance imaging (fMRI/MRI), neuronavigation, behavioral and clinical assessments, and related neuroscience methods to investigate brain circuitry and develop novel interventions for psychiatric and related conditions.
Working directly with the Neuromodulation Chair and collaboratively with faculty investigators, research staff, clinicians, trainees, and institutional research partners, this position will support the implementation and conduct of neuromodulation research studies. Responsibilities will include research protocol implementation, human-subjects research activities, participant-facing research procedures, TMS and neuroimaging research coordination, regulatory documentation, study start-up and maintenance, research equipment and laboratory operations, scientific documentation, and support for grants, manuscripts, and other scholarly activities. This position is intended to provide broad research support to the Chair’s scientific portfolio and the developing Neuromodulation Research Program rather than specializing in quantitative data analytics.

Work Location: | Onsite – this role is expected to work onsite and is located in Aurora, CO. This position is expected to work primarily on-site at the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus due to participant-facing and laboratory-based research responsibilities.

Anticipated Pay Range: | The starting salary range (or hiring range) for this position has been established as $49,899 - $63,472. The above salary range (or hiring range) represents the University’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. This position may be eligible for overtime compensation, depending on the level. Your total compensation goes beyond the number on your paycheck.
