Company Summary

For more than three decades, Crown Castle has led the way in shared communications infrastructure, delivering profitable solutions by connecting communities, businesses, and people, and enabling each to thrive with reliable access to voice and data in more places, faster than ever before. When you join Crown Castle, you become part of a dynamic team of passionate and collaborative professionals engaging in complex challenges and contributing to projects that shape the future of life and work.

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Business Immersion Program (BIP) Internship is Crown Castle's primary talent pipeline for the full-time Business Immersion Program and other early career opportunities. Throughout the 10-week summer experience, interns gain foundational knowledge of our business, contribute to meaningful projects, develop professional skills, and build relationships with leaders and teammates across the organization. We are seeking curious, motivated students who are eager to learn, embrace new challenges, and explore how they can make an impact while driving our mission of transforming the way we are all connected.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

The Process & Performance path is designed for students interested in helping teams deliver strong business outcomes and improving how work gets done. You will gain practical experience supporting projects, enhancing processes, collaborating with stakeholders, and contributing to initiatives that improve operational performance, including exposure to emerging AI-enabled tools and technologies.

BIP Interns on the Process & Performance path will strengthen their problem-solving skills while deepening their understanding of project and program management.  You will learn how different parts of the business work together to create value for our customers. This experience provides valuable exposure to the types of work performed in the full-time Business Immersion Program and other early career roles across the company.

The BIP Internship is not rotational and you will be assigned to one team for the duration of the internship.  Possible teams could include and are not limited to Assets & Operations, Commercial, Customer Implementation, Real Estate, Supply Chain, and more. Team alignment is driven by business need.

Beyond meaningful work on your assigned team, BIP Interns will have the opportunity to engage in structured onboarding and programming designed to build community, facilitate networking with teammates and leaders, and deepen your understanding of our business.  You will have the opportunity to collaborate cross-functionally with a team of interns on a capstone project, where you will apply your learnings from the summer and sharpen your communication skills.
