IT Infrastructure Engineer - Cloud, Datacenter & Identity

YOUR MISSION

• Operate and maintain hybrid infrastructure environments across on-premise servers (Windows/Linux), VMware, storage, backup (Veeam), and Microsoft Azure

• Manage and support identity services including Active Directory and Microsoft Entra (Azure AD)

• Ensure stable IT operations through 2nd and 3rd level support, incident resolution, and root cause analysis within ITIL processes

• Monitor infrastructure performance and proactively prevent system failures through continuous improvement and automation

• Support the implementation and transition of new infrastructure solutions into operations in collaboration with architecture teams
  

YOUR EXPERIENCE & TALENTS

• Strong experience in Windows Server, Linux Server, VMware vSphere, Active Directory, Microsoft Entra, and Microsoft Azure

• Solid knowledge of hybrid infrastructure operations, backup solutions (Veeam or equivalent), and system administration

• Experience working in ITIL-based environments (Incident, Problem, Change Management)

• Good understanding of network fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, VPN, VLANs, Firewalls)

• Scripting/automation skills in PowerShell, Bash, or Python considered a strong advantage

• Relevant certifications are a plus: AZ-104, VCP-DCV, VMCE, ITIL Foundation, or equivalent

• Structured, hands-on operational mindset with strong troubleshooting and ownership mentality

• Very good English skills (German is a plus)
