YOUR MISSION
Ensure products and manufacturing processes are ready for successful and sustainable production launches
Identify risks early and implement preventive quality measures before issues reach production
Lead quality planning activities across development, industrialization, and operational projects
Drive continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen product and process performance
Collaborate with engineering, operations, suppliers, and quality teams to deliver reliable results
Support the establishment of best practices and a culture of quality across the organization
YOUR EXPERIENCE & TALENTS
Hands-on experience in quality planning within a manufacturing environment
Strong understanding of product launches, process validation, and quality risk management
Resilient, hands-on, and execution-focused mindset
Experience working closely with engineering, production, and supplier teams
Solid knowledge of manufacturing quality standards and continuous improvement methodologies
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Structured, proactive, and detail-oriented working style
Fluent in English (written and spoken)
