YOUR MISSION
Partner with business leadership to turn strategy into measurable business results through disciplined execution and performance management
Lead finance, controlling, and business performance across a manufacturing environment
Drive plant controlling, product costing, working capital management, and operational finance excellence
Establish KPI-driven reporting and decision-making processes that improve transparency and accountability
Act as a true business partner to operations, supporting growth, transformation, and continuous improvement initiatives
Partner closely with the General Manager, Business Transformation to build a high-performing leadership team
YOUR EXPERIENCE & TALENTS
Proven finance leadership experience within manufacturing or industrial environments
Strong expertise in plant controlling, product costing, and performance management
Entrepreneurial, hands-on, and execution-oriented mindset
Strong understanding of working capital management and operational finance
Experience supporting transformation, growth, or business improvement initiatives
Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence decision-making
KPI-driven with a track record of delivering tangible business results
Resilient personality who thrives in challenging and fast-paced environments
Experience with ERP systems, ideally SAP
Fluent in English (written and spoken)
