Proven leadership experience within manufacturing or industrial environments
Strong operational background with P&L responsibility

KPI-driven with a track record of delivering tangible business results
Experience leading transformation, growth, or performance improvement initiatives
Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and drive change
Resilient personality who thrives in challenging and fast-paced environments
Fluent English communication skills
