Basic Purpose:

Responsible for compliance oversight in alignment with all maintenance, environmental and safety requirements/regulatory agencies.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

  • Provide operational/clerical support for the Maintenance Department and Engineering.
  • Generation of Preventative Maintenance (PMs) and work orders as they become due, closing, and filing at completion.
  • Maintain the Facility Maintenance Library
  • Provide EHS/GMP audit documentation support.
  • Maintain and control inventory in MRO.
  • Receive and issue MRO items to plant customers.
  • Use SAP to receive and issue purchase orders.
  • Interpret SDS information to ensure proper handling of MRO items.
  • Perform cycle counts as required to ensure a high level of inventory accuracy.
  • Monitor the usage of MRO items to maintain the appropriate level of stock (min/max).
  • Other duties as assigned.

      Qualifications

      • High School diploma or equivalent
      • Must have computer experience, be proficient in math, and have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
      • Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
