About this role
What We Need
CORPAY is currently looking to hire a Master Data Management & Vendor Success Leader within our Operations division. This position falls under our Corpay Payables’ Data & Analytics line of business and is located in Atlanta, Nashville, or Beaverton offices. In this role, you will responsible for the strategy, governance, quality, and day-to-day effectiveness of the master data that supports our business operations, while also overseeing the daily operations and execution of the Vendor Success team.
This leader will step into an established MDM function and Vendor Success operating model, taking ownership of teams whose work directly impacts real-time operational processes across Corpay Payables. The Leader will provide strategic direction while remaining close to the data, systems, workflows, partner activities, client enablement processes, and business operations required to identify issues, resolve root causes, and ensure critical data and vendor-related processes are accurate, trusted, accessible, and fit for purpose.
The Leader will define and advance the MDM strategy and operating model while partnering closely with Operations, Technology, Engineering, Product, Finance, Analytics, Vendor Success, and other business stakeholders. This role will be accountable for strengthening data governance and stewardship, improving data quality and consistency, advancing MDM and metadata capabilities, ensuring master data supports operational execution, analytics & reporting, and emerging AI use cases, and ensuring
Vendor Success operations are well-controlled, measurable, and aligned to business priorities.
Success requires a leader who can move comfortably between executive-level strategy and detailed data and operational discussions; someone who can establish standards and direction, develop strong teams, influence across the organization, and roll up their sleeves when a business, data, partner, or client issue requires deeper investigation.
You will report directly to SVP of Operational Excellence and regularly collaborate with teams and departments.
