Network
Admin (Cisco Technologies)
This role is
responsible for maintaining a secure, reliable, and high-performing network
environment across multiple locations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on
experience with Cisco technologies, WAN networks, routing and
switching, and network troubleshooting.
Requirements
2+ years of
experience in network administration or network support.
Hands-on
experience with:
- Cisco Catalyst Switches
- Cisco Routers (ASR/ISR)
- Cisco ASA Firewalls
- Cisco AnyConnect VPN
Experience
supporting:
- LAN/WAN environments
- MPLS, DMVPN, and SD-WAN networks
- TCP/IP, VLANs, HSRP, EIGRP, and
BGP
Strong
knowledge of IP addressing, subnetting, and VLSM.
Experience
with network monitoring tools such as SolarWinds, Auvik, or Syslog solutions.
Strong
troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Advanced
English communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
1. Monitor,
maintain, and troubleshoot enterprise network infrastructure.
2. Configure,
deploy, and support Cisco routers, switches, firewalls, and VPN solutions.
3. Ensure
network availability and compliance with established SLAs.
4. Diagnose
and resolve LAN, WAN, MPLS, SD-WAN, and connectivity issues.
5. Plan
and execute network upgrades, maintenance, and infrastructure projects.
6. Maintain
accurate network documentation and diagrams.
7. Coordinate
with telecommunications providers and external support vendors.
8. Evaluate
and recommend network improvements and new technologies.
