Job Summary:
We’re hiring an Onsite Call Center Representative in Concord, NH to provide high-quality customer service support in a fast-paced call center environment. In this role, you will handle inbound customer calls, resolve inquiries, and deliver a positive customer experience while meeting performance goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide professional customer service support via inbound calls
- Handle high-volume call center interactions efficiently and accurately
- Resolve customer inquiries, issues, and complaints in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate records through data entry and system updates
- Follow company processes, compliance standards, and quality guidelines
- Meet productivity, attendance, and performance metrics
- Collaborate with team members to improve customer satisfaction
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Experience working with NH Medicaid
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous call center or customer service experience
- Experience handling inbound customer support calls
- Bilingual skills (if applicable)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced call center environment
- Basic computer skills and ability to navigate multiple systems
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive.
