We’re looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician to help keep our community safe, comfortable, and well-maintained.
What You’ll Do
- Perform maintenance and repairs including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, and appliances.
- Respond promptly to resident service requests.
- Complete preventative maintenance, inspections, and apartment make-readies.
- Maintain pools, amenities, buildings, and grounds.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and supplies.
- Follow OSHA and company safety standards.
- Participate in the on-call rotation as needed.
- Provide professional, courteous service to residents and vendors.
What You’ll Need
- MUST HAVE: EPA Section 608 Type II or Universal Certification
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 3–5 years of maintenance experience, preferably multifamily.
- Strong HVAC and general maintenance skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot problems and work independently.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to lift 25+ pounds and perform physical maintenance duties.
