Key Responsibilities

• Own Revenue, Conversion and Margin for an assigned market.

• Own homepage strategy, merchandising, promotions and search rules.

• Lead weekly trading reviews and explain KPI variances.

• Build and prioritise trading initiatives.

• Run and evaluate experimentation programmes.

• Influence central teams using commercial insight.

• Develop deep market and competitor expertise.

• Leverage AI to improve decision quality and productivity.

Commercial Ownership

• Own Revenue, Conversion and Margin for an assigned market.

• Lead weekly trade reviews and explain KPI variances.

• Prioritise commercial opportunities based on impact.

Trading Leadership

• Own homepage, merch, search and promotional decisions.

• Manage the trading calendar.

• Develop testing roadmap.

Insight & Collaboration

• Influence Marketing, Merch, Product and Supply Chain priorities using data.

• Become the commercial expert for your territory.
