Job Description

As part of the Global Events Team, you will play a key role in supporting the planning and execution of Check Point's primary flagship conference.

This role combines event operations, project coordination, vendor management, logistics, and onsite execution.

You will work closely with internal stakeholders, external suppliers, and production teams to ensure successful event delivery on time, within budget, and according to requirements.

We are looking for a highly organized, detail and data-oriented team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving operational challenges, and is passionate about creating exceptional event experiences.

 

Your Impact & Responsibilities

  • Support the planning and execution of large-scale global events.
  • Coordinate with vendors, venues, production partners, and internal stakeholders.
  • Develop and manage event operational plans, logistics, venue coordination, space planning, and attendee experiences to ensure successful event delivery.
  • Help ensure all event spaces, services, and operational requirements are event ready.
  • Provide onsite support during event setup, live event days, and teardown.
  • Proactively identify and resolve operational issues to ensure a seamless attendee experience.

Qualifications

  • Strong planning, coordination, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong analytical skills with a high level of comfort working with data and spreadsheets.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work effectively with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
  • High sense of ownership and ability to drive tasks independently from planning through execution.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
  • Experience with vendor management, contracts, purchasing processes, or event operations is an advantage.
  • A proactive, service-oriented mindset with a positive, can-do attitude.
  • Willingness to travel and support onsite event execution, including extended hours during peak event periods.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in event management, event operations, project coordination, hospitality, or a related field is required.
