Private Duty Nurse (RN/LPN) – 1:1 Home Care
We are actively hiring Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to fill urgent openings across the Genesee County area. Enjoy flexible scheduling, competitive pay, and the opportunity to make a meaningful, direct impact in a single client's home.
Burton Openings
- 11:00am-5:00pm
- Pediatric Client that requires trach and vent management. Home includes pets such as a dog, cat and a bird!
Clio Openings

7:00am-3:00pm OR 10:00am-6:00pm

Paraplegic adult care. Nocturnal catheterization, overnight bowel program, and monitoring

Durand Openings
- 7:00pm-7:00am
- Pediatric patient that requires trach, vent and ng tube management. Great family environment
Flint Openings

Opening 1: 2:00 PM – 2:00 AM

School-aged child with Down Syndrome. Trach care, airway management, and mobility assistance.

Opening 2: 10:00am-10:00pm

Infant with chronic respiratory failure. Dedicated trach care and overnight monitoring (no vent/G-tube).

- Opening 3: 5:00am-4:00pm
- Infant with trach and nj tube. Very happy infant to work with in helpful home environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care (trach/vent care, medication administration, catheter care)
- Monitor and document patient condition and vital signs
- Assist with daily living activities (ADLs)
- Communicate with families and care teams
- Maintain safe, high-quality, patient-centered care
Schedule & Pay
- Full-time, part-time, and per diem shifts available
- Day, night, and weekend shifts
- Weekly pay + optional daily pay
- Competitive pay based on experience

Qualifications
- Active RN or LPN license in the state of Michigan
- Home care or private duty experience preferred (not required)
- Trach/vent experience a plus (training provided)
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills
Patient Population
- Pediatrics (birth–21 years)
- Adults with complex medical needs
