Capstone is hiring Warehouse Unloaders for a busy grocery distribution operation in Greensburg. This is an active, hands-on warehouse position where you’ll help move incoming products from trailers into the facility using a combination of electric pallet jacks, stand-up forklifts, and manual unloading methods.

The work is physical and fast-paced, but your productivity matters. Associates are paid based on production, giving you the opportunity to increase your earnings through consistent performance.

Your Day-to-Day

  • Unload grocery products from incoming trailers and move freight into designated warehouse areas.
  • Operate electric pallet jacks and stand-up forklifts as assigned.
  • Manually handle cases and individual products when needed.
  • Build, move, and organize pallets for efficient warehouse flow.
  • Inspect freight and follow site procedures for damaged or misplaced product.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Follow all facility, equipment, and safety requirements.
  • Work with other warehouse associates to complete daily production goals.

What You’ll Need

This position requires someone who is comfortable staying active for an entire shift and working at a steady production pace.

  • Ability to lift and move products weighing approximately 25–75 pounds.
  • Ability to repeatedly bend, reach, push, pull, lift, and stand for extended periods.
  • Comfortable working in a warehouse environment handling grocery freight.
  • Dependable attendance and the ability to arrive ready to work.
  • Previous warehouse or material-handling experience is helpful.
  • Forklift or pallet jack experience is a plus; training may be available for qualified candidates.
  • Ability to follow safety procedures and work effectively with a team.
