Your role
Your tasks
- supporting the Project Management Office in daily tasks and monitoring time tracking records;
- assisting in the preparation of project reports, summaries, analyses, and presentations;
- creating and overseeing invoices;
- managing the workflow of project documentation and archiving documents;
- providing administrative support for the project.
Your profile
- Fluency in German (B2) and good English communication (B1);
- Basic MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook);
- Analytical thinking and problem‑solving approach;
- Diligent, detail‑oriented and well‑organized;
- Adaptable and motivated in a client‑focused environment;
- Active listener who collaborates well with others;
- Communicates in a way that supports teamwork and smooth coordination.
