Job Description:
Contributing Responsibilities
- To Train newcomers / Juniors for functional and technical knowledge
- To improve the existing process
- To suggest / provide solution to improve application performance wherever applicable
Technical & Behavioral Competencies
- Graduate in any discipline (Computer Science preferred) with a good background of software development with a minimum IT experience of 7-10 years preferably in Java/J2EE applications

Skills Referential (Required knowledge, skills and abilities)
Technical Skills:
Mandatory skills:
- Experience in Core Java, J2EE, Junit
- Experience in Web technologies (struts, spring MVC)
- knowledge in Angular
- Experience on Hibernate & Spring
- Exposure to Performance tuning
- Experience in JDBC skills
- Experience on SQL (SQL queries, Transact-SQL, stored procedures, functions and database modelling)
Nice-to-have skills:
- Experience in Agile (Kanban/Scrum)
- Knowledge of Webservices, micro services, maven
- Knowledge of Unix scripting would be an added advantage
- Development with the use of efficient build practices such as continuous integration and test-driven development is required
