Responsibilities
Assists in maintaining departmental goals. Oversees all work activities of direct reports on assigned shift to include Security Shift Manager and Investigations. Responsible for direct oversight of Security Investigators. Monitors activity regarding Casino Control Commission regulations and company policies to ensure effective performance. Prepares work schedules, detail assignments and prepares and maintains payroll records. Supervises trains and coordinates staff to ensure compliance with all related policies, and CCC and DGE regulations and court appearances. Monitors incident reports, ensuring accurate and effective handling, and initiates investigation process. Works closely with operating departments on internal investigations of Team Member suspicious activity or company asset misappropriation. Develops, implements, and maintains required internal and external reporting procedures for investigations. Monitors exclusion list and ensures effective enforcement where appropriate. Operates motorized vehicle, i.e., company van. Participates in the supervision, operation and/or support of Tropicana multi-casino Bad Beat system.
Qualifications
High school diploma, extensive professional and college level training. Leadership, supervisory and interpersonal skills required. Extensive supervisory level experience, and/or casino security experience, or combination thereof. Valid NJ Driver's License required. CPR certified or ability to obtain certification required.
