About this role
The Opportunity:
CACI is seeking a Business Operations Associate to join the Program Management Office in support of the U.S. Department of Homeland Security.
Ideal candidates will provide operational and business process support with a focus on contract operations, procurement coordination, and program compliance. This role involves various billing and procurement tracking, supporting cross-functional collaboration between CACI and other vendors, and assisting with purchase order documentation and reporting.
This is a hybrid position requiring the selected candidate to be in office three times a week
Responsibilities:
• Maintain and update contract modification tracking systems and financial logs in support of program compliance
• Assist the Senior Business Operations Specialist with subcontracts management activities in CACI's Procure-2-Pay system
• Support RFQ (Request for Quote) and Purchase Requisition processes for sourcing and procurement activities
• Assist with subcontractor onboarding and billing readiness
• Support timecard compliance monitoring for subcontractor personnel
Data Analysis & Reporting:
• Assist in maintaining checks and balances documentation, and audit support related to subcontracts data
• Analyze program data to identify trends, and support operational insights
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
• Coordinate with Procurement and Finance teams to ensure the program continues to accurately track and monitor vendor invoices
• Provide administrative and operational support to the Senior Business Process Consultant
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders and support program priorities
Qualifications:
Required:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Analytics, or related field
• Demonstrated experience with:
o Microsoft Office Suite
o Data visualization tools
o SharePoint for document management and collaboration
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies or project coordination principles
• Experience creating tracking systems, operational dashboards, or reporting tools
• Familiarity with contract operations, procurement processes, or government contracting environments
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and data accuracy
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across multiple departments
• Demonstrated organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
Desired:
• Previous experience in government contracting
• Experience with contract modifications, or procurement tracking
• Experience supporting operations teams
• Understanding of timecard compliance, staffing coordination, or program management support
• PowerQuery, PowerBI, or advanced data analytics skills
• Ability to attain DHS EOD clearance

There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications.
