Supplier Business Manager II
Overview:
- Oversees and coordinates the relationship between Bridgepointe and assigned Supplier Partners including regular meetings and communication, QBR’s, CRM data input and maintenance, goals and incentives, sponsorship program execution and supplier program participation and satisfaction.
Goals:
- Supplier Marketing and Portfolio
- Marketing Plan: Recruit participation and MDF (Market Development Funds) from Bridgepointe's Marketing Program and oversee deliverables of plan are being executed
- Increase supplier contributions including, but not limited to: Marketing Development Funds: Special Override and Incentives; Maximizing participation in Bridgepointe Supplier Programs; and Maximizing value and revenue with targeted Supplier Programs
- Drive mindshare with proactive measures, within the Supplier Community to evangelize the Bridgepointe value on our behalf, refer potential equity partners, customers and be an extension of our company to drive training, revenue, content, and scalability
- Supplier Satisfaction and ROI
- Supplier Success Program: Develop the program, tracking and execution as well as adding and managing resources to execute on the plan.
- Ease of business: Perform Monitoring and High-Level Escalations, to ensure suppliers are meeting the BPT Standards on sales, support, implementation, operational efficiency, customer experience and rules of engagement (ROE). Supplier Management will work with suppliers on best-in-class processes, efficiencies, and Channel Programs
- Relationship Development and Education: Identify ways to improve partnership through collaboration, innovation, and Bridgepointe Programs
- Support & Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Finance, Operations and Executives, to ensure activities that are in alignment with overall business strategies.
Tasks (including but not limited to):
· Supplier Program Management:
o Develop, recruit, and manage Supplier Sponsorship Programs and Events.
o Oversee invoicing requests and collections in collaboration with Finance.
o Support supplier onboarding and maintain a general understanding of their product offerings.
· Business Operations:
o Track and report Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for supplier performance and ranking.
o Manage supplier escalations related to contracts, rules of engagement, and commission issues.
- Review, interpret and document supplier Master Services Agreements (MSAs) and other commercial contracts, ensuring alignment with business, legal, and risk requirements.
· Relationship Management:
o Lead Supplier Relationship Management, including cadence calls, QBRs, strategy meetings, and feedback sessions.
o Facilitate collaboration and communication between suppliers and internal teams, ensuring alignment with business strategies.
· Tools & Processes:
o Ensure data integrity and manage supplier-related tools (e.g., The Signal and SalesForce).
o Refine internal processes to enhance supplier experience and manage supplier portals and tools.
· Communication:
o Act as the primary point of contact for supplier inquiries, roadblocks, and alignment issues.
o Coordinate supplier marketing communications and provide updates on promotions, SPIFs, and training.

- VP of Channel Marketing and Alliances, Manager, Supplier Success, Supplier Business Manager
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in managing supplier relationships in a B2B environment.
- 3+ years of experience in telecommunications, channel marketing, or supplier partner administration.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with strong prioritization and time-management abilities.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with outstanding follow-up capabilities.
- Proficient communicator, both via phone and email, with the ability to respond quickly and thoroughly.
- Demonstrated critical thinking skills to analyze issues and develop effective solutions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively alongside multiple team members.
