Wheaton, IL | Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM - no evenings or weekends.
Compensation & Benefits
- Total Compensation Package: Valued between $91,000-$102,000.
- Annual Salary: $74,000–$82,000, based on experience and qualifications.

About the Role
As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) at Blue Bird Day, you will provide behavior therapy to children ages 2-7 years old with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), ADHD, sensory processing disorder, and other neurodiverse needs. You'll support our clients cognitive, social, emotional, adaptive, and developmental growth.

- A true multidisciplinary team under one roof - OTs, PTs, SLPs, and social workers working together to provide holistic, relationship-based care
- A predictable 40-hour week that ends at 5 PM - no evening sessions, no weekend rotations
What You'll Do
- Conduct behavioral assessments and build evidence-based, individualized treatment plans
- Coach and support caregivers as true partners in the process
- Supervise and mentor RBTs and ABA students, shaping the next generation of clinicians
- Collaborate daily with a multidisciplinary team
What You'll Bring
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis
- Current BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB
- Active Illinois Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) license through IDFPR
- Experience providing behavior therapy services to children with autism and/or other neurodevelopmental differences
