About this role
Position Summary

You’ll handle relationships with stakeholders and contribute to team objectives and savings targets. It’s a high-visibility role for an analytical, detail-oriented problem-solver who wants to grow in Procurement. You will play a key role in driving cost optimization, supplier standardization, and process governance across a multi-region footprint (US, Mexico, Europe), supporting strategic procurement initiatives and contributing to enterprise-wide cost control and compliance goals.
What you'll do
Category exposure & ownership — Support sourcing initiatives across key indirect categories such as facilities, MRO, logistics, professional services, HR services, and travel. Assist in developing category strategies and maintaining sourcing pipelines.
Spend analysis & reporting — Analyze purchasing data to identify negotiation opportunities and generate savings, and implement supplier performance indicators to track vendor performance.
Sourcing execution — Execute RFQ/RFP events: gather quotes, compare pricing and terms, and prepare sourcing recommendations for category managers and stakeholders, following established internal processes.
Supplier management — Track supplier performance (cost, quality, delivery) in conjunction with stakeholders, helping resolve issues and discrepancies, and bringing innovative solutions to problems.
Governance & compliance — Ensure compliance with procurement policies, approval thresholds, and sourcing governance frameworks. Support the contract review process, ensuring alignment with legal, EHS, and finance requirements where applicable.
RFP structure & standardization — Prepare standardized sourcing documentation, including scope of work, bid templates, and pricing matrices. Ensure fairness and transparency by maintaining clear communication and consistent information sharing across all bidders.
Financial / business impact — Track and report cost savings, cost avoidance, and value-creation initiatives, and build total cost of ownership (TCO) models to support sourcing decisions.
Stakeholder partnership — Work closely with internal customers to determine needs, manage vendors, and improve vendor performance.
Process & systems — Apply strategic sourcing methodology to achieve results and contribute to process enhancements that improve efficiency across the organization.

Founded in 1987 in Daphne, Alabama by the Bigler family, TERREPOWER began as a small regional remanufacturer of starters and alternators. Our commitment to quality and innovation quickly earned us a reputation as a trusted name in the automotive industry.
Recognizing new challenges and opportunities, in 2019 we set our sights on EV battery upcycling-addressing one of the industry’s most pressing issues. Our engineering team pioneered solutions to extend EV battery life, pushing the boundaries of sustainable innovation.
Recognizing that demand for solar panels would exceed availability and 100,000 tons of waste would potentially go into landfills by 2035, our team searched for an innovative way to upcycle solar panels. With an eye on the future, we developed ways to upcycle solar panels.
Rooted in family and community values, we’re proud to have second-generation employees contributing to our legacy. Backed by Clearlake Capital, we’ve expanded our footprint into Europe with facilities in Spain, Italy, Denmark, Germany and Poland. We now sustainably manufacture and supply an assortment of nondiscretionary repair parts across more than 90 countries.
