The Village at Willow Crossings is hiring Full and Part Time CNA/HHA to join our team.
Schedule: 6a-2p (includes every other weekend) Full & Part Time
2pm-10pm (includes every other weekend) Full & Part Time
10p-6a (every other weekend) Full & Part Time
Starting rate: $18.50/hour
We are looking for compassionate CNA/HHA's to join our team! As a Certified Nursing Assistant/Home Health Assistant, your main role will be to deliver care to our residents within a warm, comfortable, and home-like environment.
CNA/HHA Duties & Responsibilities:
- Assisting residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Documenting care provided and reporting any changes in resident health or behavior to appropriate staff.
- Engaging residents in meaningful activities and providing emotional support.
- Utilizing customer service skills to ensure that residents receive exceptional and meaningful care.
- Other duties as needed.
Requirements:
- Valid CNA/HHA license required
- Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred but not required
- Previous experience working with people with dementia is desired
