Primary Responsibilities Include
- Processing of supplier invoices against purchase orders and receipts on Workday.
- Complete monthly supplier reconciliations and follow up on queries.
- Capital expenditure and reconciliations with deposit payments and balances due.
- Uploading of payments into the bank.
- Ensure the adherence of standard accounting procedures (IFRS) in all the accounting operations.
What You Bring:
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize a demanding workload.
- Knowledge of supplier processes and payment terms.
