Alabama Baths is seeking an experienced Bath Installer to join our team. We are looking for a skilled professional with acrylic bath installation experience who takes pride in quality workmanship and delivering an outstanding customer experience. Prefer a 2 man crew to accomplish our clients wet area projects.

What You'll Do

• Install acrylic bath and shower systems in residential homes and some light commercial
• Complete projects efficiently inside our process standards
• Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the installation process
• Maintain a clean and organized job site
• Work closely with team members to complete installations on schedule

Requirements

• Acrylic installation experience is required
• Experience installing bath and shower remodeling products
• Strong carpentry and good plumbing skills
• Ability to lay LVP/LVT flooring and molding
• Vanity, Toilet and Fixture installation knowledge
• Use Power and Hand tools safely and effectively
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Professional attitude and work ethic and customer-focused mindset

Compensation

• Commission-based compensation structure based on project scope
• Earning potential of $80,000 - $100,000 1st year
• Earnings based on project volume and production pace
