About this role

We are looking for a Founding Growth Marketing Manager with 2+ years of growth marketing experience to build the programmatic growth engine for Basis's newest market — in-house corporate finance teams. You'll own paid social, paid search, programmatic channels, and third-party media with a sizable budget and massive green space to make your mark. This is a high-ownership, founding role at a $1B+ AI company with incredible product-market fit, reporting directly to the Head of Marketing. You'll be measured on real pipeline and revenue metrics, not vanity numbers — so you need to be as comfortable inside an ad account as you are deciding where the next dollar goes.

What will you be doing?

Own and scale paid social, programmatic, and third-party media channels to generate qualified pipeline for the in-house corporate finance ICP

Manage a significant paid acquisition budget, building feedback loops that connect ad platform data to CRM outcomes and closed-won revenue

Stand up the marketing engine from scratch for a brand-new market segment — define channels, messages, offers, and conversion paths

Track and report on pipeline goals, CAC, and revenue metrics in tight alignment with the sales team

Create leverage through AI tools, Clay, automation, and a lean tech stack rather than relying on headcount
