Job Description:
This job is responsible for leading multiple major operations segment for a site, region, or product line within the bank's internal operations. Key responsibilities include identifying, analyzing, and resolving complex problems, ensuring compliance with policies, and identifying and implementing opportunities to improve process performance and operating efficiency. Job expectations include coordinating activities and processes across operations segments.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversees the forecasting and staffing levels and capacities, provides effective coaching, and shares constructive feedback to drive Operational Excellence

  • Leads and ensures teams adhere to bank and regulatory policy and procedures when making decisions that impact various operations and product lines

  • Provides strategic guidance to develop and analyze procedures to enhance unit and/or product-related activities while overseeing budget and expense management, reporting, and forecasting for designated areas

  • Evaluates efficiencies and identifies areas of improvement and growth to the overall process, identifying data, metrics, and key performance indicators to measure process effectiveness

  • Aligns bank priorities and strategies to employee metrics and goals and provides interventions as needed to recognize, encourage, and improve team performance to support an inclusive work environment

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in Business Banking, Commercial Banking, Operations, Relationship Management, Sales Support, or a related financial services environment.

  • Demonstrated ability to partner with Business Banking market leadership, sales teams, and support organizations to execute strategic priorities and drive client and business outcomes.

  • Experience leading operational functions, workforce planning, capacity management, and process improvement initiatives within a highly regulated environment.

  • Strong understanding of Business Banking products, client onboarding, servicing, fulfillment, and operational support processes.

  • Proven ability to analyze performance metrics, identify trends, and implement solutions that improve efficiency, service quality, and risk management.

  • Strong communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build partnerships across market, sales, and operations teams.

  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements, operational risk controls, and compliance standards within a financial services organization.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience supporting Business Banking Relationship Managers, Market Executives, Business Support Managers, or Sales Performance teams.

  • Proven track record leading cross-functional initiatives that improve sales support, client experience, and operational effectiveness.

  • Experience with workforce forecasting, staffing models, budget management, and performance reporting.

  • Strong executive presence with the ability to influence senior leaders and drive organizational change

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.

Pay and benefits information

Pay range$114,200.00 - $166,600.00 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set.

Discretionary incentive eligible

This role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary plan. Employees are eligible for an annual discretionary award based on their overall individual performance results and behaviors, the performance and contributions of their line of business and/or group; and the overall success of the Company.
