Job Description:
This job is responsible for managing strategic AI transformation initiatives that modernize operational processes and improve business outcomes. The role manages complex, cross-functional projects from concept through implementation, partnering with key stakeholders, AI product teams, technology organizations, data teams, and control partners to deliver scalable AI capabilities to the Enterprise. Key responsibilities include managing project scope, planning, and organizing, execution plans, dependencies, operational readiness, change adoption, risk management, and working closely with management on project impact and direction. The individual ensures AI solutions are effectively integrated into business processes, achieve targeted operational efficiencies, and comply with enterprise risk, governance, and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinates development of key project deliverables in partnership with various key internal and external business partners
Manages and leads the execution of multiple and often competing priorities to meet deadlines and adhere with policies and procedures
Drive delivery excellence, manage project plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, and escalations to ensure successful execution.
Own requirements management, gather, document, and validate business requirements, functional designs, and stakeholder expectations.
Enable scalable integration and execution, partner closely with peer project managers, and business teams for integration planning, implementation and sustainment
Maintain delivery artifacts, prepare and manage BRDs, FRDs, project documentation, and stakeholder approvals
Provide execution transparency, deliver clear status reporting, decision support, and timely escalation of risks and issues
Determines testing methods needed for assigned projects, educates resources, partners with all testing teams engaged, and provides reporting for the overall testing throughout the testing process
Required Qualifications:
Fast learner, Process Design experience
Proven experience with large-scale enterprise transformations involving AI, data, analytics, or digital capabilities.
Particularly with large operational efforts involving multiple applications, middleware and multiples businesses for real time and non-real-time process automation
Demonstrated success managing complex, cross-functional programs involving multiple FLUs and executive stakeholders.
Strong understanding of Agile delivery, product management, requirements management, and SDLC practices.
Experience working with Data Science, Machine Learning, GenAI, Model Risk Management, and AI governance teams.
Exceptional stakeholder management, influence, communication, and executive presentation skills.
Ability to translate between business leaders, technical teams, and governance organizations.
