THE OPPORTUNITY

The Senior Change Analyst supports the day-to-day operation of the IT Change Management process. This role helps ensure technology changes are properly documented, reviewed, approved, scheduled, communicated, and closed in accordance with established change management practices. The position works closely with change owners, technical teams, approvers, and governance stakeholders to support effective coordination, quality assurance, reporting, and process consistency. Performs all duties in accordance with the Company’s policies and procedures, all U.S. state and federal laws and regulations, wherein the Company operates.

 

HOW YOU’LL MAKE A DIFFERENCE

  • Coordinate intake, review, and processing of technology change requests.
  • Validate that change records include required information, appropriate ownership, risk assessment, implementation timing, testing information, and closure details.
  • Support quality assurance reviews throughout the change lifecycle, including pre-implementation and post-implementation review activities.
  •  Coordinate Change Advisory Board (CAB) activities, including agenda preparation, meeting support, approvals tracking, minutes, and follow-up items.
  • Support coordination of urgent or out-of-cycle changes, including documentation, approval tracking, and communication with stakeholders.
  • Coordinate planned change freeze periods for designated systems, including scheduling, stakeholder communication, exception tracking, and alignment with change management governance practices.
  • Support documentation, post-implementation review, and root cause analysis activities for unauthorized or non-compliant changes, including follow-up on corrective actions and process improvements.
  • Generate and distribute recurring change management reports, metrics, and dashboards.
  • Monitor aging, overdue, incomplete, or improperly documented change records and follow up with responsible parties.
  • Support audit, compliance, and control evidence requests related to change management activities.
  • Maintain change management reference data, templates, procedures, job aids, and training materials.
  • Maintain and deliver change management training for new employees, and provide ongoing guidance to change owners, implementers, and other stakeholders on change management requirements and system use.
  • Identify opportunities to improve process efficiency, documentation quality, reporting, and stakeholder communication.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

Required

  • 4-7 years of experience supporting IT change management, IT service management, technology operations, governance, risk, compliance, or a related function.
  • Familiarity with ITIL-based change management concepts and production change control practices.
  • Experience using an IT service management platform
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to review documentation for completeness, accuracy, and consistency.
  • Ability to coordinate across technical teams, business stakeholders, and governance or compliance functions.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage recurring operational deadlines and follow up on open items through completion.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to balance strong process discipline and governance expectations with practical stakeholder coordination in a fast-paced technology environment.
  • Ability to work effectively in a structured environment by following established procedures, communicating clearly, and ensuring change management activities are completed accurately and on time.

Preferred

  • ServiceNow experience
  • Experience with reporting, metrics, audit support, or control evidence collection preferred.
  • Understanding of technology risk, control, audit, or regulatory expectations related to production change management.
  • Experience supporting CAB meetings or similar governance forums.
  • Ability to translate detailed process requirements into clear guidance for stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Continuous improvement mindset with the ability to identify process gaps and recommend practical, sustainable enhancements.

SALARY RANGE

The base salary ultimately offered is determined through a review of education, industry experience, training, knowledge, skills, abilities of the applicant in alignment with market data and other factors.
