In this role, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing Service Center organization that delivers efficient, compliant, and customer-focused support services across Procurement and Supply Chain operations. You will drive service excellence, process standardization, automation, and continuous improvement while ensuring an outstanding experience for internal customers and business partners.

        Should you be interested in overseeing these tasks and aiming for enhanced performance standards, your role will involve:

  • Lead, develop, and mentor the Procurement & Supply Chain Service Center team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and customer-centric service delivery.

  • Manage daily service operations, balancing workloads and monitoring performance against established SLAs, KPIs, quality standards, and customer satisfaction metrics.

  • Oversee core service center processes including supplier onboarding, master data management, supplier compliance administration, RFQ support, purchase requisition and purchase order administration, catalog maintenance, invoice inquiry resolution, reporting, and help desk activities.

  • Partner closely with Purchasing, Finance, Accounts Payable, Engineering, Legal, and Plant Operations teams to enhance service delivery, strengthen compliance, and support business objectives.

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives through process simplification, automation, digitalization, and data quality improvements that increase productivity and reduce cycle times.

  • Develop and maintain dashboards and performance metrics to measure service efficiency, quality, and stakeholder satisfaction.

  • Support the transformation of Procurement and Supply Chain operations by centralizing transactional activities and enabling strategic teams to focus on higher-value initiatives.

     If you have/are:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance, Operations Management, or a related field.

  • Advanced English skills.

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in supply chain, procurement operations, shared services, purchasing support, or Procure-to-Pay (P2P) environments, including 3+ years of leadership experience managing teams.

  • Strong knowledge of P2P processes and enterprise systems, with experience in platforms such as Coupa (S2P), JD Edwards, SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP/procurement solutions.

  • Experience leading service delivery organizations, shared services teams, or transformation initiatives.

  • A customer-service mindset with strong stakeholder management, communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills

  • Experience in manufacturing environments and exposure to Lean, Six Sigma, Continuous Improvement, Automation, or Digital Transformation initiatives.
