Job Description
- Process transaction lists to identify or prevent any fraud activity.
- Process automated reports from payment systems with notifications regarding possible fraud.
- Make sure that orders, which were automatically suspected as fraud, according to the set parameters, are being processed on time.
- Analyze and build a correct logical order for processing orders which have been blacklisted.
- Autonomous identify and add all necessary components to the blacklisted accounts' database, that contains the obvious fraudsters.
Qualifications
- Fluency in Russian and English B1, German is a plus
- Advanced user of PC and Google products
- Understanding of payment systems algorithms, especially payment methods by card and PayPal
- Result Oriented
- Analytic mind
- Multitasking and stress tolerance
- Sociability
- Ability to self-learn
Additional Information
- Full time contract (40 hours a week)
- 8 hours shift, Monday – Sunday 9:00am - 18:00pm, 5/2
- 2 days a week days off
