About this role
- Conduct foot, vehicle, bicycle, and motor scooter patrols to deter and prevent crime.
- Monitor suspicious activity and report incidents to law enforcement when required.
- Respond to emergencies, including medical incidents, accidents, and fires.
- Perform traffic and crowd control duties.
- Monitor and protect PITDA assets and critical infrastructure.
- Perform Security Dispatcher duties as assigned.
- Build positive relationships with residents, visitors, businesses, and law enforcement agencies.
- Support safety, security, and customer service initiatives across Paradise Island.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver's license.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and respond effectively during emergencies.
- Demonstrated integrity, dependability, professionalism, and respect for others.
Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
