Main Duties & Responsibilities:
• Exercises the utmost degree of confidentiality as it relates to departmental operations and company information.
• Adheres to all company and departmental policies, rules, customs, and procedures.
• Protects the games from inside or outside interference.
• Aware of premium players in-house, their credit, table limits, history.
• Ensure your supervisors are aware of in-house premium players and special request.
• Sound knowledge of Gaming Regulations and Company Policies.
• Responsible for the comfort and entertainment of gaming patrons.
• Responsible for scheduling or placement of Supervisors/ Dealers within his/her assigned pit.
• Responsible for all transactions and paperwork.
• Ensures that games run smoothly.
• Addresses any player concerns, etc. that may arise during the shift.
• Responsible for discipline and enforcing company’s policies.
• Handles disputes that may arise with the games within the pits.
• Keep the shift manager inform of major buy-ins and significant win/loses.
• Supervises the overall management of the pit to ensure smooth and effective operation.
• Provides objective appraisal of staff on a yearly basis.
• Performs other reasonable duties required by management.
Required Qualifications:
Gaming Board License for the Casino.
Exceptional customer services skills
Must have a minimum of three (3) years’ experience in a managerial capacity.
Casino management experience
Excellent communication both oral and written.
Flexible hours, willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
