About this role

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

•    Review of all documents (contracts, resumes, BEO’s, and correspondence) relating to groups 30 days before the group arrives. 
•    Work with Conference Planners to verify and confirm program status. 
•    Build profiles to control the program. 
•    Test profiles built. 
•    No later than fifteen days before the group arrives, contact the client if there are uncertainties. 
•    Attend pre-con meetings for groups assigned. 
•    No later than five days before the group arrives, verify program status for any changes. 
•    Meet with the group coordinator/ trip director while the group is on property to verify correct billing and resolve billing issues. 
•    Reconcile group billing and mail the final invoice within ten (10) working days after group departure. 
•    Any other duties as assigned by supervisor/manager.

Required Qualifications:

  • Sound knowledge of LMS application
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance, or enrollment and 50% complete in a Bachelor’s Degree Program at an accredited institution.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Problem-solving ability.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Ability to maintain a strict level of Confidentiality.
