About this role
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests, provide menu recommendations, and answer questions regarding food and beverage offerings.
- Take food, beverage, and wine orders accurately and ensure prompt service.
- Monitor assigned stations and proactively attend to guest needs throughout the dining experience.
- Maintain knowledge of menus, specials, service standards, and hotel facilities.
- Ensure tables, service stations, and dining areas are clean, stocked, and set according to restaurant standards.
- Verify guest checks, process payments, and address guest concerns promptly and professionally.
- Assist with training, team support, and maintaining smooth restaurant operations.
- Follow all company policies, health and safety standards, and service procedures.
Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum two (2) years of restaurant experience as a Bus Person, Counter Attendant, Cocktail Server, or similar role.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Valid Food Handler's Certificate required.
