Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Assume leadership responsibilities in the absence of the Assistant Director or Director.
- Drive guest satisfaction and ensure company service standards are consistently met and exceeded.
- Execute departmental policies, procedures, and operational standards.
- Conduct daily team briefings and prepare operational activity reports.
- Monitor daily forecasts, group functions, arrivals, departures, and operational activities.
- Professionally represent the organization to guests, team members, and stakeholders.
- Manage guest check-in and check-out processes efficiently.
- Ensure guests receive accurate information regarding accommodations, packages, services, and applicable charges.
- Address guest concerns and complaints promptly and effectively, striving for resolution before departure.
- Authorize service recovery gestures up to $1,000 when appropriate.
- Maintain accurate guest account postings and ensure compliance with company standards.
- Support repeat guest recognition programs and maintain guest history records.
- Deliver personalized and memorable guest experiences.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School Diploma (College degree preferred)
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service-related field, preferably within the hospitality industry.
- Proficiency in:
- Microsoft Office Applications
- Lodging Management Systems (LMS)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong planning, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
The Company operates a twenty-four (24) hour, seven (7) days a week business. Therefore, it may be necessary to change the accustomed shifts at times, as the business demands.
